Tied Burdens

Although we do not know how to grow

This will not seem to matter 

Once we let go of what we used to know

I won’t be mad at her when this falls through

We’ve had our issues now

As a mothers and daughters do

We’ve had to compromise anyhow

There were some things we had to get through 

What is right or wrong

I can not know

We will get through this strong

These prayers we have to bestow

I love you always

repeated all days
