Everything is falling apart

I wish we could just restart

Everything is left or right

All we do in this country is fight

People don’t even try to see you for you

All that matters is red or blue

“One nation under God”

Saying the pledge makes me feel like a fraud

Is this what the creators pictured?

I don’t think they’d want our freedoms restricted

Preaching hate is normalized

My hope for this country is becoming demoralized

“We the people,” but only if “we”

Doesn’t include people who disagree

Why can’t we just accept everyone

I fear the end is soon to come

If we don’t change our hateful ways

Our country will collapse; we have limited days
